MX Global Center Service Terms and Conditions

These Service Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by MX Global Center ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") to clients ("you" or "Client"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

MX Global Center offers the following services:

  • Soft-landing and Business Advisory Services: Guidance and support for businesses entering the U.S. market, including strategic advice, compliance assistance, and market integration.
  • Bookkeeping: Comprehensive bookkeeping services including data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Workspace and Virtual Business Address Services: Virtual office services, including mail handling and forwarding, and access to physical workspace where applicable.
  • Taxes: Tax preparation, filing, and advisory services.
  • Backoffice Support: Assistance with administrative and operational processes such as payroll management, invoicing, and other business management tasks.


2. Payment Terms

  • Subscription Services: All subscription services are billed on a monthly in advance basis, with invoices issued at the start of each service month. Payments are due within 5 days of invoicing.
  • One-Off Services: One-off services are billed and due upon acceptance of the service proposal, before commencement of the service.
  • Annual Payment Option: Clients may opt to pay for one year of service in advance, with a discount applied. The terms and discount will be specified in the service agreement.
  • Service Provision: Services will only be provided if your account is in good standing (i.e., no outstanding balance).
  • Suspension for Non-Payment: If payments remain overdue for more than 30 days, services will be suspended until the balance is cleared.


3. Client Responsibilities

  • Single Point of Contact: Clients must appoint a single point of contact to coordinate all communication with MX Global Center.
  • Timely Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information and granting access to any relevant documentation and personnel required for the provision of services.
  • System Integration: Clients agree to integrate business processes with MX Global Center's systems, including automatic bank feeds and the use of apps for document management and transactions.


4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Your confidential information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law. Even if you cease to be a client, we will continue to maintain the confidentiality of your information.


5. Proprietary Information

All materials, documents, processes, and intellectual property used during the engagement remain the exclusive property of MX Global Center. Any materials provided to you are for your internal use only and may not be shared with third parties without our express consent.


6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services by providing 90 days' written notice. If services are terminated, any unpaid services rendered will be invoiced, and payments will be due upon receipt.


7. Limitations of Liability

MX Global Center will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the services provided. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for services rendered in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to a claim.


8. Amendments to Terms

MX Global Center reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Houston, Texas.
