2. Verify Your IDs

As a recipient of mail, you are required to provide MX Global, as your mail operator, with authorization to receive your mail. Being a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) that adheres to U.S. Postal Regulations, MX Global must validate your identity before commencing mail handling services for any renter.

You will need:

A device equipped with a camera, preferably a mobile device if available.
An authentic government-issued photo ID document. Please ensure it is an original document, not a photocopy or photograph, and confirm that it has not expired.
If you are unable to present two forms of identification containing photographs, a manual process can be arranged with just one photo ID and another standard ID. Begin the photo ID verification through mail.vOfiz, then send the additional document to your mail operator for uploading.

Verifying Your ID in mail.vOfiz

To proceed with the automated compliance process in mail.vOfiz, you will be guided to scan your two photo IDs and electronically sign the CMRA form. Make sure you have your photo IDs ready and be prepared to take a selfie.

Here are some helpful suggestions:

Ensure the images are neither too dark nor too bright, avoiding glare.
Maintain a steady hand and allow the camera to focus to prevent blurry images.
A white (or solid color) background helps produce a well-lit photo.
Avoid obstructing any part of your ID document in the image. Ideally, place it on a flat surface for the photo.
Keep your face unobstructed, removing sunglasses, masks, or other accessories.

To begin:

Scan your two photo IDs

Access your virtual mailbox.

Select "Verify ID #1."

If you've already verified ID #1, select "Verify ID #2."

The system will prompt you to capture photos of your ID, both front and back.

Position the front of your ID within the designated rectangle to scan.

Then, proceed to scan the back of your ID.

2. Electronically sign the CMRA form.

Opt for "Sign & Confirm CMRA Form."

Review your pre-filled information on the CMRA form and affix your signature in the provided white box. Click "Submit."
