A mailbox manager can submit requests for how they want a mail operator to handle their mail.
A user can submit action requests of their mail, such as open and scan, forward, doorstep delivery, check deposit, recycle, shred, and leave at office.
How to Submit Action Requests
Once a user is signed in to their virtual mailbox, they can easily see each piece of mail and take action. Here's how:
- Scroll to the mailpiece.
- Tap the image or Mail ID of the mailpiece.
- Click the⚡️ lightning icon.
- Select between the action requests available.
- Choose or enter any additional information depending on the request. For example, for forwarding requests, choose the preferred forwarding address, mail provider for the delivery, and service.
- Click Submit Request.
